Now that we've reached the point in the year where our band and choir rosters have settled, we will need to collect the Mokena School District fee for band and choir. This is the fee charged by the district for the extra class your students are taking when they are in band and choir. Both band and choir are $50 each, so a student involved in both groups will have a fee of $100. Students involved in both groups can turn in just one form and payment, but please indicate both groups on that form.
Attached you will find the form that needs to be filled out and turned in with payment. Please do not just send in a check! The district requires the attached paper with payment. Hard copies of the form will be made available to students during rehearsals.
Checks should be make payable to Mokena Intermediate School. If you have any questions about the policy for free or reduced lunch fee waivers, please contact Mrs. Hanson.
Please have your student turn in the filled out form and payment by next Thursday, October 22nd.
