I wanted to reach out to let you know that Charms is having issues sending emails to gmail accounts. I get permanent errors on quite a few gmail subscribers when I send my bulk emails. It seems random who it chooses to not send to. I have been informed by Charms that they are working on the issue but they have no resolution date as of now.
That being said, this is a huge issue for our program and how we disseminate information. Charms is trying to work around this issue but for now we have issues with gmail subscribers.
So what can we do? First, if you have any option other than gmail, I would switch your Charms address to that email address. Second, check our department website OFTEN (www.mokenameteormusic159.org). I plan to copy and paste ALL emails there for the time being until we have a better resolution. Third, check our department Newsletter which will be posted on the department website weekly.
I apologize for any inconvenience this is causing and hope Charms comes up with a solution soon.
